As a consumer-facing brand, CenturyLink had a lot of work to do to improve consumer sentiment, ease the burden on an over-taxed customer service team, and help their customers make the most of their internet service. The brand was also launching a sister brand, Quantum Fiber, and needed to highlight the benefits of their fiber offering. During my time at CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber, I created lifestyle tech content, self-service help articles, and videos to help the brand reach new customers.

With the launch of a new app to help customers manage their internet service, CenturyLink created a video tour of the app to help familiarize people with its functions.
