Suzy is an end-to-end consumer insights platform that integrates quant, qual, and high-quality audiences into a single connected research cloud. As a B2B SaaS platform, Suzy faced all of the typical challenges—awareness, generating high-quality leads, and ultimately closing deals.

As the content strategist, I developed a strategy to address these problems by creating a three-pillar approach:

  1. compelling, high-quality research reports and infographics using Suzy’s research

  2. market research thought leadership content aimed at target personas

  3. SEO-optimized product content.

This work created a functional and efficient content machine, directly resulting in dollars for the business.

When AI took the world by storm, Suzy surveyed consumers about their attitudes and behaviors around AI and produced a report full of insights for brands.
